It has been said that “life begins at the end of your comfort zone”. Well then, I have begun again! I was asked to participate in a radio interview dedicated to the many facets of anti-aging. The focus of the piece was to provide answers to questions relating to anti-aging treatments, procedures and services. It was a lot of fun (despite my dislike for the sound of my recorded voice) and the host, Ashley, is awesome! The show will run from 12:00-1:00pm today on Heartbeat Radio for Women.
